Q1:I think that is truth. On the whole, the youngster in this generation, indeed, is inferior to the previous generation. But I think, just like the writer of this article said, 草莓族exist in every generation and situation. However, in this generation, youngsters lose their motivation to strive for their future career since the global recession, the disappointing education system and the strong desire of material life. When the graduators realize that they can not find jobs or a job with high payment, they may be unconfident to themselves and the future. The politicians manipulate the whole educational trend and corrupt the education system. When people do not take diploma seriously, students will lose their momentum to improve themselves. So I think the environment and time background take important role behind this kind of stigma.
Q2:I don’t think those descriptions match my self-identity and realization. Those critics, including without enough compressive resistance stability and perseverance, are because of insufficient working experiences. It can be well-trained after a period working time. Also I think youngster in this generation seems to be more creative and open-minded under the influence of well-developed internet and the comprehensive knowledge resources. They can use more tool than the people in old generation to express themselves and gain knowledge. However, I think youngster in this generation is lacking of moral principles such as respect others and be punctuate. In my opinion, the attitude and how serious we take toward our work are more important than capacity. Learning to keep our promises and being responsible to what we said are always above a perfect diploma.

1. Basically, I don't like the term "草莓族" for describing youngsters nowadays because it seems to give an excuse for people on purposely blame the young generations for every mistakes or for some young people to make sense on their own laziness as the whole features. It may be true that our parents generation is superior than us since they have gone through a very tough living environment before, however, just like the writer and you mentioned, 草莓族 should exist in every generation and situation. There are still many youngsters nowadays who study and work very hard to support themselves even the whole families' living. "草莓族", this stigma is an really unfair judgement to the whole young generation but to think differently, it also gives us a chance and a reason to work even harder for proving others that we could also distribute our great effort to the society but not only just a fragile strawberry.
2. I totally agree with you in this question. I even don't think the stigma match my self-identities or realizations. I have met so many young people who really worked hard to pursue and achieve their goals in life. They say even some people claim that they are strawberries but they hope to be the strongest one. I believe there are still many strawberries appeared in other generations, like they don't want to get a job to afford livings but rely on parents or other people's donation and etc. Furthermore, I do agree your statement that the young generation will be more creative and open-minded from absorbing to those worldwide resources. I think the youngsters now are more willing to take a risk on fulfilling dreams. They take more seriously on their own thoughts and ideas which are hardly moved by the elders. But sometimes, their insistence on personal style may seems to be rude to others, I also agree that our young generations should learn more manners and courtesy to act appropriately on every situation, so that we perhaps could change some unfair point of views toward our generation.
